MDIS 65th Annual General MeetingCorporate Event

The 65th Annual General Meeting of the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) will be held virtually via the ZOOM webcast on Saturday, 25^th July 2020 at 2.00pm.

Given the COVID-19 situation, the government has implemented strict social distancing measures to control community spread. The COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 issued by the Ministry of Law allows for the provision of alternative arrangements to conduct the Annual General Meeting (AGM) electronically and that the AGM may be deferred to a date no later than 30^th September 2020.

MDIS Members will not be able to attend the Annual General Meeting in person. A member may only attend the Annual General Meeting by observing and listening to the proceedings of the meeting by electronic means.
