1. MDIS reserves the right to change and/or amend, extend, withdraw, or alter any of the terms & conditions stated without prior notice or giving any reasons thereof. All prizes are non-exchangeable.
    
2. The winner’s name, pictures, and prizes may be used for publicity reasons. The winner’s information may be used for marketing, planning, promotions, research, events, and/or any other purposes. Acceptance of the prize is considered as consent to this usage.
    
3. MDIS values your privacy and we are committed to safeguarding your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. By providing your contact details to us, you hereby agree that MDIS may use the personal data that you have provided to us to contact you by mail, email, text messages, or telephone calls for marketing purposes. If you wish to UNSUBSCRIBE from this mailing list, please fill-up the notice of withdrawal of consent at https://www.mdis.edu.sg/privacy-policy

NTUC Fairprice E-Voucher Prize Winners: 

• Four lucky winners will be selected at random and announced through our Facebook page.
   
• Prizes are fixed at $20 per prize voucher, not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
   
• MDIS will contact the winners through Facebook message, and the E-Vouchers will be sent through email.
   
• If the prize winners are uncontactable for more than 3 days, the prize shall be forfeited and a new winner will then be selected.
