  1. MDIS reserves the right to change and/or amend, extend, withdraw, or alter any of the terms & conditions stated without prior notice or giving any reasons thereof. All prizes are non-exchangeable.
     
  2. The winner’s name, pictures, and prizes may be used for publicity reasons. The winner’s information may be used for marketing, planning, promotions, research, events, and/or any other purposes. Acceptance of the prize is considered as consent to this usage.
     
  3. MDIS values your privacy and we are committed to safeguarding your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. By providing your contact details to us, you hereby agree that MDIS may use the personal data that you have provided to us to contact you by mail, email, text messages, or telephone calls for marketing purposes. If you wish to UNSUBSCRIBE from this mailing list, please fill-up the notice of withdrawal of consent at https://www.mdis.edu.sg/privacy-policy
     
  4. There may be video and audio recordings throughout the event for the purpose of creating future marketing materials. If you do not wish to be featured, kindly write to us at psmm@mdis.edu.sg.

  1. The above offer of rebates and application fee will vary depending on the level of study and year of entry. The maximum number of applications apply.  
     
  2. All applicants must make payment within 2 weeks upon issuance of the offer letter.  
     
  3. Both education rebates and application fee waiver are only applicable to:
  • Local Applications: 12 Jun 2023 to 23 Jun 2023
  • International Applications: 29 May 2023 to 30 Jun 2023

  1. Any Doctorate/Master’s Degree/Bachelor’s Degree applications within the eligible application date stipulated in clause "2c" 
     
  2. A total of 5 lucky winners will be drawn by 10 July 2023 and the winners will be announced on MDIS Social Media.
     
  3. When the winner claims the prize, he/she must have completed 1st instalment payment of the programme within 21 calendar days (upon issuance of student contract and offer letter), and send the proof of payment to MDIS Education Consultants.
     
  4. Upon clearance of 1st instalment payment, the winner will be notified by MDIS staff for collection details. Should the winner fail to provide a response and/or acknowledge receipt, MDIS reserves the right to withdraw or forfeit the prize accordingly.
