Speaker's Biography 

Ms Lee Su Yin
Programme Manager at MDIS College

Ms Lee Su Yin is a senior leader with extensive experience in strategic communications, institutional advancement, and organisational transformation across education, healthcare, and corporate sectors. As Director of Communications & Partnerships at Raffles Girls’ School (2015–2024), she led initiatives that strengthened branding, stakeholder engagement, and media presence — consistently achieving over 90% satisfaction in key surveys — and exceeded the school’s multi-million-dollar fundraising target ahead of schedule. 

A former Head of Humanities and Subject Head for History, she led a multidisciplinary team recognised by the Ministry of Education for curriculum innovation. She also has experience at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, Tan Sri (Dr) Tan Chin Tuan’s group of companies, and taught at NTU and the Gifted Education Programme at Raffles Institution.

 A recipient of the National Day Award (Commendation Medal) and PSC Merit Teaching Award, Ms Lee holds a Master of Arts in History, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Distinction), a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management, and is a Graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK). At MDIS, she continues to champion academic excellence, student development, and cross-sector collaboration.
