Terms & Conditions (Nurses Day 2023 Voucher Redemption)  

 

Eligibility

  1. This voucher redemption campaign is open to all Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registered nurses as of the date of entry. Employees of the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
  2. The campaign starts on 28 July 2023, 16:30 and ends when the vouchers are fully redeemed or by 10 August 2023, 23:59, whichever comes first.
  3. By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of MDIS as final and binding as it relates to any decisions made in connection with this campaign.

Campaign Mechanics

  1. Respondents must complete and submit the form with accurate information within the stipulated time frame of the campaign.
  2. Each entry must be complete with accurate information. Entries that are incomplete or that do not adhere to all specified rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of MDIS.
  3. Referrals provided must be an SNB (Singapore Nursing Board) registered nurse.
  4. Referrals must include a valid email address to qualify as an entry for the Campaign.
  5. Each respondent is only allowed one entry to the campaign. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  6. The first 160 respondents of the campaign will be selected by MDIS based on eligibility. The form must be completed for the respondent to stand a chance to be selected.

General

  1. MDIS reserves the right to change and/or amend, extend, withdraw, or alter any of the terms & conditions stated without prior notice or giving any reasons thereof. All vouchers are non-exchangeable.
  2. MDIS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should any virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond MDIS’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, MDIS may select the respondents from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by MDIS. MDIS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
  3. MDIS reserves all rights to change, alter, or add to this list of Terms and Conditions without any prior notice given.
  4. By taking part in this Campaign, you agree to all the Terms and Conditions listed above.
  5. MDIS values your privacy and we are committed to safeguarding your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. By providing your contact details to us, you hereby agree that MDIS may use the personal data that you have provided to us to contact you by mail, email, text messages, or telephone calls for marketing purposes.
