MDIS Business Club Election 2018 (Round 2)

All nominees had successfully completed the First Round of Election. The Second Round of Election, which included an interview was held over two-days on 21st and 22nd January 2018. The interview panel, which included the current President, Vice-President and two Advisors facilitated in identifying the nominees’ strengths, weaknesses, and their suitability for the executive committee positions of the MDIS Business Club.

The nominees appeared nervous, some came prepared whilst others took it in their stride. The interview segment assisted in ascertaining the genuinely interested and those willing to learn at the same time. At the end of two-day session, the interviewers selected candidates that deserved to go into the Final Round of Election.

The Final Round of Election required candidates to submit a proposal and present their paper, which assisted in assessing their language, writing and communication skills, and their thought processes. Each of them were given two weeks to submit their proposals and to present. Finally, the New Executive Committee 2018 was formed and we wish the new team the very best in carrying out their duties for the next term.
