Two shining stars from the MDIS School of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Mr. Liang Dongxiao and Ms. Zorigt Munkh-Anu have taken centre stage at the National Mocktail Creation Competition 2023. Bachelor of Science (Hons) International Tourism and Hospitality Management
Mr. Liang Dongxiao emerged victorious in the recently held Mocktail Creation Competition 2023, earning the prestigious Champion Award in the Student Category. His winning concoction, named Crimson Marry, is a symphony of fruity flavours and refreshing undertones, making it a standout creation in the competition. Indeed, it captivated the taste buds of judges and fellow contestants alike.

Ms. Zorigt Munkh-Anu
Higher Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, and Events Management
Ms. Zorigt Munkh-Anu demonstrated her prowess in mixology, securing the Merit Award in the Student Category. Her mocktail, Berry In Love, not only showcased her technical skills but also her creativity in flavour pairings; she delicately balanced the tartness of cranberry with the subtle sweetness of white peach, creating a delightful concoction that charmed the judges.
