Scholarship and Grants
MDIS is launching the Study Scholarship to cater for international students who wish to study with MDIS.
To cater to the more diverse group of international students from the region, the scholarship will be offered at two levels- Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree.
The amount of SGD 2.5 million assistance will eventually help 2,000 international students from across Asia in 2010.
Through these scholarships, we hope to attract more talents for the academic programmes.
Application Criteria
This scheme is applicable for any interested applicants with the recognised qualifications. In order to qualify for consideration of the Study Credit Scheme, applicants must satisfy the relevant University minimum admission requirements for matriculation.
Scholarship Award
For Master's Degree courses, the scholarship amount will be SGD 1,500. (net after 7% GST)
For Bachelor's Degree courses, the scholarship amount will be SGD 1,000. (net after 7% GST)
Terms and Conditions
The scholarship will be used to offset the course fees and it will be deducted from the last installments.
Every programme has a quota and it will be on a first come first served basis.
Closing Date
The closing date for application is 30th June 2010 and latest commencement date shall be in Nov 2010.
Applications received after this date will not be eligible. Shortlisted candidates will be notified by either email or phone calls.
