Plus, learn how to maximise your market value through our Personal Branding Workshop!

Personal branding was popularised through an article by Tom Peters, first published in Fast Company Magazine ("A Brand Called You"), over 10 years ago. He starts out the article by writing, "Regardless of age, regardless of position, regardless of the business we happen to be in, all of us need to understand the importance of branding. Blogs, Myspace, Facebook, LinkedIn and many other applications entered the scene and made it virtually impossible for anyone to keep from creating a personal brand, whether they wanted to or not."

Personal branding is the practice of people marketing themselves and their career as brands. It is a powerful, clear, positive idea that comes to mind when people think of the other person and a broadcast message about character and performance of a person. Personal branding helps the advancement of people in career and development, enhanced prestige, clear focus of personal development, increased earning potential, landing a person's dream job etc.

The following topics will be covered in this workshop:
•    Recognise the importance of a personal brand
•    Understand how to use it
•    Learn how to create a personal brand
•    Begin your personal branding journey
