In this case, it means\nchanging the belief system of the employees. Thus, if the employee believes in\nthe value of safety and saving life with prevention of injuries, the employee\nwill work in a safe manner. Changing the belief system, makes one job safer and\nhence changes how one behaves at work. In a nutshell, a safety culture indeed\nchanges the value system of belief and thus leading to the change of behaviour\nof the worker to work safely.
