They have more than 350 members, representing close to 700 brands that operate more than 3,000 outlets. Click <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/6Tcd7g\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> to schedule your consultation today!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/lnJdWG9hnbk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>Pan Seared Dory with Sambal<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients<br \/>\n<\/span>Dory<br \/>\nHalf dory fillet<br \/>\nA pinch of salt<br \/>\nA pinch of black pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp turmeric powder<br \/>\n1 tsp olive oil<\/p>\n<h4>Method:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Marinate dory fillet with salt, black pepper, turmeric powder and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a non-stick pan with olive oil at 140-150\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Sear the fillet at least 5 &#8211; 6 minutes each side.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sambal<br \/>\n6 red chillies<br \/>\n60 g dried chillies<br \/>\n2 red onions<br \/>\n2 tomatoes<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic<br \/>\n50 g ginger<br \/>\n100 ml water<br \/>\n3 tbsp vegetable oil<br \/>\n1 tbsp tomato puree<br \/>\n2 tbsp light soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 bowl white rice<\/p>\n<h4>Method:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>In a blender, blend red chillies, dried chillies, red onion, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and water.<\/li>\n<li>Heat saucepan on low heat with oil. Add tomato puree and stir gradually to prevent from burning.<\/li>\n<li>Add blended chillies in the saucepan and reduce.<\/li>\n<li>Add light soya sauce, salt and sugar.
