AN INDEPENDENT POINT OF CONTACT
The MDIS College Student Service Unit gives students a single point of contact for all feedback. If you have any issues you wish to raise with MDIS College, or if you have suggestions on how we can improve, there are four ways in which you can contact us.
Step 1
You are always welcome to speak directly to the
Student Service Officer/Executive in charge of your course or contact them through the following numbers. They will do their best to resolve your issues within the next working day. Kindly provide us with your name, contact details and course code in all correspondences.

Step 2
If the Student Service Staff is unable to assist and you are unsatisfied, you may raise the issue to the Manager. The Manager will provide opportunity for discussion and review, and will respond to you within the next working day. If an issue cannot be resolved immediately, you will be informed within the next working day and the on-going process will be explained to you. We hope to solve issues raised within 14 working days.

Step 3
If your problems are still unable to be resolved by the Manager, you can further appeal to the Director, Finance & Administration. The Director will take the necessary action and revert to you in writing within the next working day. If an issue cannot be resolved immediately, you will be informed by the next working day and the on-going process will be explained to you. We hope to solve issues raised within 14 working days.

In the event that the student and MDIS are unable to resolve a dispute, the student and MDIS shall refer the dispute to the CASE Mediation Centre for mediation prior to instituting any legal action. For more information, please refer to CASE website at
