Re        : SOS HOTLINE SERVICE FOR AFTER OFFICE HOURS

Dear Students,

As an on-going effort to enhance our service level to better serve you, we have embarked on providing you with an SOS Hotline where you are always close to us when you need our services urgently.

We understand that students may have problems from time to time. It may not be possible

for students to reach us after office hours. As a value-added service, we are pleased to announce an SOS Service, for students to call after 8 pm in case of any emergencies.

Please be reminded that for any other day to day matters concerning the Administration

or Student Services we encourage you  to call the respective departments during  normal office hours.
