Introduction

Many have experienced great planning but failed to put what they have planned into action.  Besides helping planners visualise their plans, budgeting is also an objective way of allocating and reallocating resources to make economic senses. Understanding budgetary control provides an insight to cost behaviours and a fairer analysis of variances.

This workshop emphasises the practical aspects of creating budgets and understanding budgetary controls.
