Admission criteria for O Levels
GCE 'O' Level

Applicants must be 15 years of age as of 1st January of the year they are enrolling for
Applicants must also possess one of the following entrance requirements:

Completed Sec 3 Express with credits in English & Mathematics
Completed GCE N(Academic) levels with credits in English &
Mathematics.
For students presenting N levels (T-Syllabus) qualifications
or who do not meet the above educational background criteria
MUST sit for a placement test in English &
Mathematics to determine their academic standard.
Placement Test

Each placement test will cost S$25 + prevailing
GST
Students who score below 50 marks for the placement test will
automatically be enrolled into an Intensive Tuition Class
for that subject.
Cost per subject is S$600 (Jan intake) and S$500 (Mar Intake)
for 2 hour sessions weekly.
Admission criteria for A Levels
GCE 'A' Level

Applicants must be 17 years of age as of 1st January of the year they are enrolling for
Applicants must also possess one of the following entrance requirements:

at least 5 ‘O’ Level credits including
English.
a C6 credit at GCE’O’ Level for the Science subject they wish to enrol for .
a C6 credit at GCE’O’ Level in the Mathematics, should they wish to enrol for H1/ H2 Mathematics.
a C6 credit at GCE’O’ Level in the Additional Mathematics, should they wish to enrol for H2 Mathematics.
2 pieces of passport-sized photographs are also to be submitted for the application of Student's Concession Pass that we will apply for students who are Singaporean and below the age of 21 years old.

a non-refundable S$191.20 (inclusive of GST). All payment for application processing may be made by cash, NETS, VISA or Mastercard. Cheques must be crossed and made payable to 'MDIS College'.
