MDIS COLLEGE SERVICE STATEMENT

OUR BELIEF
MDIS College promises to deliver high quality student-care by adopting Student Service as a whole Institute approach. All staff from the various departments and sections possesses a sense of responsibility, commitment and ownership towards providing excellent student care services to all our important clients.

To MDIS College, every new student enrolled with the Institute marks the start of a professional partnership - a partnership which could be prolonged through a sustained excellent standard of quality student service.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT
It is our continuous quest to promote a happy, caring and nurturing environment for both the students and staff of MDIS College to develop and grow together in a professional partnership.

MDIS College has consistently kept up with our service standards, which have and will never be in any way compromised though we are a not-for-profit institute. On the contrary, as an academic establishment, MDIS College has always been and will continue to be responsible and committed towards the education process of all our valuable students.

YOUR WELL-BEING & SATISFACTION IS OUR BUSINESS
It's really simple. Your welfare and contentment with our service is important to us. That's why MDIS College has created a specific 'Student Services Unit' to attend to your queries and feedback.

FAST RESOLUTION TO YOUR CONCERNS
Every issue raised with MDIS College will be addressed as quickly as possible. If an issue cannot be resolved immediately, you will be informed by the next working day and the on-going process will be explained to you. We hope to solve issues raised within 14 working days.

GRIEVANCES

AN INDEPENDENT POINT OF CONTACT
The MDIS College Student Service Unit gives students a single point of contact for all feedback. If you have any issues you wish to raise with MDIS College, or if you have suggestions on how we can improve, there are four ways in which you can contact us.

Step 1
You are always welcome to speak directly to the Student Service Officer/Executive in charge of your course or contact them through the following numbers. They will do their best to resolve your issues within the next working day. Kindly provide us with your name, contact details and course code in all correspondences.

Step 2
If the Student Service Staff is unable to assist and you are unsatisfied, you may raise the issue to the Manager. The Manager will provide opportunity for discussion and review, and will respond to you within the next working day. If an issue cannot be resolved immediately, you will be informed within the next working day and the on-going process will be explained to you. We hope to solve issues raised within 14 working days.

Step 3
If your problems are still unable to be resolved by the Senior Manager, you can further appeal to the Senior Director, Finance & Administration. The Director will take the necessary action and revert to you in writing within the next working day. If an issue cannot be resolved immediately, you will be informed by the next working day and the on-going process will be explained to you. We hope to solve issues raised within 14 working days.

In the event that the student and MDIS are unable to resolve a dispute, the student and MDIS shall refer the dispute to the CASE Mediation Centre for mediation prior to instituting any legal action. For more information, please refer to CASE website at http://www.case.org.sg
