Bottoms-ups at Tiger Brewery! Date: 16 January 2008 (Friday) Time: 1pm - 4pm Transport: Pick-up/Drop-off Point @ MDIS UniCampus Price: $25 (Members), $35 (Guests)

Make a trip with us to the Tiger Tavern Brewery and get to learn more about making the famous Tiger Beer. The trip will start off with the history of Tiger Beer, the brewing and packaging process and an introduction of the various types of beer brewed in Asia Pacific Breweries Limited (APB). After the tour, you will get to sample and appreciate refreshing brews such as Tiger, Heineken, Anchor, Baron’s Strong Brew, ABC Extra Stout and other imported beers like Guinness Draught, Kilkenny and Erdinger at the Tiger Tavern together with tasting some finger food. The last stop will be at their souvenir shop where participants will be able to purchase gifts.

Trainer's Profile : Malcolm Tham is the project consultant and programme director of Wine for Asia, Asia's leading international wine trade exhibition held annually in Singapore. He is also the consultant of Wine Style Asia Award, an annual wine challenge held alongside of Wine for Asia. Malcolm is fluent in French and German. Malcolm has undergone training at the prestigious French wine university - Université Victor Segalen Bordeaux 2, as well as at the German National Wine Institute in Bingen.

Trainer's Profile : Simon Murphy is both charismatic and engaging, making use of humour to convey concepts in a real life way and helping to make learning as enjoyable as possible. Simon was approached to take on a senior role at a non profit organisation in the city of Johannesburg. As the youngest person to take on this role in the organisation’s history, he was involved at top management level of the organisation that included a school consisting of 700 students with over 100 staff members. An accomplished public speaker, he has the ability to encourage, stir and motivate others, leaving them with a sense of inspiration and vision.
