As the first private institution in Singapore to offer life sciences programmes, the MDIS School of Life Sciences was established in 2001 to offer an avenue of success to all with the passion to excel in this immense and fascinating field.
The school’s up-to-date and rigorous programmes, offered in partnership with the University of Bradford from the United Kingdom, will equip graduates with the knowledge and skills they need to stay abreast of the exciting developments in the life sciences and to embark upon arguably one of the most rewarding careers of all.
Classroom knowledge aside, students will also gain hands-on experience in the school’s state-of-art laboratories, and can even get the chance to work on commercial research projects!
With specialisations in pharmaceutical management, cellular and molecular pathology, medical biochemistry and Good Manufacturing Practice, graduates can look forward to pursuing an enormous diversity of careers in research and clinical laboratories, as well as the biomedical, pharmaceutical and biologics industries.
