Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operations of Lecturer Management, Examination and Central Planning units, and all academic-related matters
  • Establish and maintain education policies and curriculum standards
  • Enhance the instructional materials and pedagogical skills of lecturers
  • Review curriculum and teaching materials for academic programmes
Requirements:
  • Masters in Management or its equivalent; a Doctoral Degree would be advantageous
  • 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in the academic planning and management of education policies
     
 

School of Tourism & Hospitality 


Manager

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist the Head of School in managing the School
  • Develop, initiate and organise activities to promote the School and its programmes
  • Handle and manage student-related matters

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree and 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient with a propensity to work with students
 

Management Information Systems


IT Security Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, enhance and enforce security systems and policies
  • Monitor and resolve IT threats and vulnerabilities
  • Conduct routine security risk assessments
  • Disseminate the latest security information to end users

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
  • Certification in CISSP, CISA or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing and maintaining security solutions and policies

Programme Consultant


Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell academic courses and programmes
  • Meet assigned sales targets
  • Develop and follow-up on new sales leads
  • Perform assigned marketing activities
  • Provide excellent front-line customer service
  • Involved in roadshows, career fairs and programme previews
  • Support and implement school's marketing activities
  • Counsel prospective students regarding School programs
Requirements:
  • At least a Degree/Diploma with 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle pressure

Senior Manager


Responsibilities:
  • Develop existing and new markets
  • Develop and implement marketing plans
  • Explore possible collaboration with overseas Institutions
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business / Marketing or its equivalent
  • Relevant work experience in sales & marketing with at least 2 years of managerial experience

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the recruitment of international students

Responsibilities:

  • To arrange and co-ordinate the recruitment of associate lecturers

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in any discipline with 2 years of experience

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake business development activities
  • Work with Heads of Schools for institutional/corporate collaboration
  • Deal with corporate membership

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales & Marketing
  • Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Market membership privileges to corporations and individuals
  • Source for benefits and privileges for Treats program
  • Organise and market sports tournaments and events
  • Recruit members and organize events for Toastmasters and Human Capital Network group.
