Horizons Magazine
The Horizons magazine is a bi-monthly publication that keeps members abreast of
the latest developments in the Institute. Comprising information on MDIS programmes,
seminars, talks, workshops and activities, institutional news and feature articles,
the magazine is circulated to all members, government ministries, statutory boards,
institutions of higher learning and schools.
