The MDIS Student Council was formed for a better representation of student views
and involvement.
The MDIS family is currently made up of students of 66
different nationalities. The well-being of our students is one of our top
concerns. We appreciate that our students are far away from home, and wish to
give them an environment where they can feel welcome and comfortable.
We have selected the Student Ambassadors as a way for us to forge better communication
channels between MDIS and our students. The Ambassadors exemplify the qualities
of discipline, commitment, integrity, cheerfulness and pro-activeness. They will
be the voice of the international students in all matters concerning student
life in MDIS.
Our Ambassadors shall be buddies to new students, get involved in
opinion groups and assist in MDIS publications. Having to be involved in the
institute's activities or events, this encourages the spirit of leadership for
students to learn, serve and lead by example.
